Yes, absolutely. We encourage periodic “Maintenance Treatment” even when you don’t have any injury or pain.
How does this “Maintenance Treatment” look like?
The treatment that helped you recovery in the first place is most likely the treatment you will need periodically to keep you well. Mostly it will be Massages, Joint Mobilisations, and other manual therapy treatment administered by our Physiotherapists once every 4 weeks.
Furthermore, by us seeing you on a regular basis, we can establish an accurate profile of your lifestyle, habits, and physical needs. We can then periodically provide you with the Injury-preventative exercises and advice for you to stay well.
