Kara is a Usyd PhD candidate majoring in falls prevention, geriatric care, and the connection between physical and mental wellbeing. Kara is passionate about collaborative research and innovation in physiotherapy, ensuring optimal mobility, fitness, and overall wellbeing for her clients. She is fluent in both Thai and English.

Meet Ronnie, he is passionate about helping people get back to doing what they love whether its work or sports. With a strong focus on general musculoskeletal conditions, he takes a patient-centered approach, tailoring each treatment plan to suit individual goals. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Hayley is passionate about helping patients move better and return to the activities they enjoy. She has a strong interest in headache and back pain management, and treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions with a personalised, patient-centred approach. Hayley is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Jin specialises in the treatment of rehabilitation athletes. His experiences working with the Korean Military Corp, Mix Martial Artests, and Brazilian Jujitsu. He is passionate about helping athletes optimise movement and technique to recover faster and prevent re-injury. Jin is fluent in English and Korean.

PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Shiyao specialises in treating neck pain, headaches, back pain, and sciatica.
She has a strong interest in upper limb overuse injuries, including tennis elbow, De Quervain tenosynovitis, and carpal tunnel syndrome. Shiyao is fluent in English and Mandarin. -
DUNCAN
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Duncan specialises in fracture casting, fracture management, post-operative rehabilitation, and geriatrics care. Duncan has a particular interest in treating TMJ dysfunction, especially cases related to stress and anxiety. Duncan is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Alex specialises in personalised and evidence-based exercise physiology. Whether its a physical injury, strengthening or a chronic condition Alex can tailor a plan suited to each person. He speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese. He is also a Certified Personal Trainer.

Jeffrey specialises in strength training, injury prevention, as well as management of chronic conditions like diabetes and cardiovascular health. He is also experienced in work and motor vehicle related injuries. Jeffrey is also a Certified Personal Trainer.

About us
Sydney Health Physiotherapy has been operating across Sydney since 2015. Since its inception, this group of physiotherapists has helped many to become healthier and happier versions of themselves. We believe that this success is due to our core value for patient care. Patients will have a swifter recovery if they understand their condition.
Sydney Health Physiotherapy is currently operating in two locations. Its city location is in the heart of Sydney CBD and Hurstville. The physiotherapists work as a team with its affiliating doctors and specialists inside the Myhealth Medical Centre.
In 2019, we expanded our operations to Hurstville, where it is now a well-recognized physiotherapy practice in the community. Our mission is to provide ongoing support and healthcare for our community. Our clients range from sporting professionals to office workers, and from manual labourers to retirees.
