Kulvara (Kara) is a Usyd PhD candidate majoring in Musculoskeletal Pain, Geriatric care, and the Connection between physical and mental wellbeing. Kara is passionate about collaborative research and innovation in physiotherapy, ensuring optimal mobility, fitness, and overall wellbeing for her clients. She is fluent in both Thai and English. She operates on SATURDAYS at Sydney CBD.

Personal Journey
Originally from Thailand, Kara moved to Australia to complete her PhD at the University of Sydney. She is currently participating in Academic research regarding falls prevention and geriatrics. Her academic background deepened her empathy and strengthened her skills in treating complex conditions.
