Follow the exercises prescribed by your therapist
Start from early-stage exercises if unsure
Progress gradually as tolerated
Stop if sharp pain occurs
Follow the Exercise Progression suggested on each page:
Early Stage: Pain relief & gentle movement
Mid Stage: Strength & control
Late Stage: Function & return to activity
