How to use this resource library?

  • Follow the exercises prescribed by your therapist

  • Start from early-stage exercises if unsure

  • Progress gradually as tolerated

  • Stop if sharp pain occurs

Follow the Exercise Progression suggested on each page:

  • Early Stage: Pain relief & gentle movement

  • Mid Stage: Strength & control

  • Late Stage: Function & return to activity

These Exercises will be useful to help Injured Workers and Sporting Persons to Start their rehabilitation process.
